My guess is that you were really attracted to her, and so you filled in the blanks yourself as far as what you expect her to be like once you are in a relationship. Rather than carefully observe her personality, you assumed she would measure up to what you idealized her as.

This is something that a lot of men have done.

HUH??!! Okay I've heard a lot of things, but that's a new one. What a psycho b*tch! First off, never let a woman turn you off of sex. That'll make your brain melt. lol!

Definitely warn you mom. She doesn't have to know whether or not it's true, but tell her you dated a nut case and you've no idea what she'll do next. As for the rest, someone else will have advice on that.

My rant in another thread deserves a thread of its own.

So, woohoo, I was hooking up with my old friend and it turned into a relationship. Busted out of the friend zone, got laid, all that good stuff, YAY, right?

NOT SO MUCH!

It has only taken me about a week or 2 to figure out that she's neurotic, verging on psychotic, a nymphomaniac, clingy, and highly unstable.

Basically, it went from sweet to creepy ASAP.

We went from messing around and having fun, just goofing off and bullshitting around, to her talking about wanting an ungodly number of kids, saying she loves me, I've been at her place/she's been at mine every night for the last week, she attempts to agree with me on everything, she sits there and lets me lecture her, never challenges me, last night she told me her mental stability is dependent on me, she tells me when she's freaking OVULATING, she has cats in the house (I HATE cats), she plans for the future like its set in stone, gets angry when I tell her there is no way in hell I'm risking her getting pregnant, talks about weird sexual crap that is only remotely attractive for about 15 seconds, she has seriously made sex unappealing to me, and I could just keep going.

So basically, in the past week, this woman has caused me to start hating

Cats (more than I already did)
People
Feelings
Kids
Sex
The future
Biology
Anatomy

And its a growing list.

I have to break it off - but she'll do what she did to her last ex. She'll make a list of all the sex we've had, and mail it to my mother.

My brain is splitting in half here.
